We're now accepting items for the Live and Silent Auctions, and the Country Store!! Auction items may be brought to the Parish Office, or call Oscar at 979-236-8077 and he can come pick the item up from you.
Country Store Items: Please bring these during the workday on Saturday, October 24. If you're unable to, you may contact Lisa at 979-319-0822 (text are preferred)!
Those wanting to volunteer and help out at this year's Bazaar are invited to attend! Meetings are potluck style. Please bring a covered dish (meat, side, vegetable, or dessert). Drinks will be provided!
If you are planning to volunteer in ANY way, you MUST be Safe Environment trained! If your training is near expiration, you will receive a letter from our Parish Office! Renewal instructions, or instructions for new users, can be found under Resources. If you have any questions, please contact Trish at 979-548-2020 ext 6.
This year, some booths will take tickets as payment instead of cash/check/credit card! You will be able to purchase tickets in a central location the day of.

PARISH FRIEND LEVEL $500 - includes your business's logo/name at each table, 2 meal tickets, 5 raffle tickets, and acknowledgement in the bulletin
DISCIPLE LEVEL $1,000 - includes your business's logo/name at each table, 4 meal tickets, 10 raffle tickets, and acknowledgement in the bulletin
GUARDIAN ANGEL LEVEL $2,500 - includes your business's logo/name at each table, dinner for 4 with Father Preston, 6 meal tickets, 15 raffle tickets, and acknowledgement in the bulletin
PATRON SAINT LEVEL $5,000 - includes your business's logo/name at each table, dinner for 6 with Father Preston, 8 meal tickets, 20 raffle tickets, and acknowledgement in the bulletin
The Turkey Boards have been put out at the back of both churches! This is a way for you to help both parishes offset the cost of our upcoming Catholic Bazaar. Please take stickers off of the tri-fold boards, place them into a "Thank You!" envelope with the donation amount enclosed that is listed on the front of each sticker you pulled, then put that envelope into the regular collection. If writing a check, please make payable to OLPH!
Please know that you are NOT ACTUALLY going out to buy the item on the sticker that you pulled! Instead, you are giving a monetary donation to cover the cost of that item!
Please contact Oscar at 979-236-8077 if your interested in becoming a volunteer! All help is welcome. Adults as well as Youth are welcome - especially those who need service hours for school.
